I must say this week I'm back into the swing of my workouts and routines. Last week was a start, but this week I've gotten to swim twice, run 3 times, and bike once! Tomorrow my friend and I are planning to swim and then do a spin class! Wahooo! I can't wait for that. It's going to kick my butt, but it will be so worth it. I haven't been on a spin bike since.... oh June! I'm off to work!
